The cost of the design service will be refunded once we have received a few images once the kitchen is installed.

Step 1: Design & Visualise
Once you have purchased our design service you will be sent a design pack (room layout app) and we need to know your full appliance list and what range and colour of kitchen you would like. When we receive this back, you will be assigned your own personal designer who will provide a full set of realistic renders and detail plan. They will work with you to ensure you are 100% happy with the final design.
Step 2: Quote & Refine
Once you are happy with the design it will be handed over to the sales team who will liaise with the designer to produce a detailed quotation of the kitchen. This will be emailed over to you to review; changes can be made until you are totally happy. You will then be sent a purchase link to purchase the kitchen.
Step 3: Manufacture & Deliver
Once the kitchen is ordered you will recive a detail numbered up plan that will correspond with the numbers on the labels on each cabinets & accessories on delivery. This can be passed to your kitchen installer. The deliver date will be chosen by yourself which depends on the range you pick. (Approx average 3 weeks).
